I logged a maintenance request today and within 10 minutes i got a response and they tried to call me to confirm availability, 5 minutes after the maintenance guy was here and fixed the issue immediately

I logged a maintenance request today and within 10 minutes i got a response and they tried to call me to confirm availability, 5 minutes after the maintenance guy was here and fixed the issue immediately.
