Horror complex-Boardwalk Heights Olympus

Boardwalk Heights has been always badly managed .There has always been issues with water and electricity and noise. You deposit large amounts for electricity as per your budget and 3-5 days later,the electricity is finished,yet you are hardly at home!!The water is off most of the time, if the water is not off then there is no warm water , every night when I get home I have to worry if there will be warm water to take a bath or a shower.I have had to buy a twenty litre bottle that sits with water in case there is none when you get home. Now this is happening 3 times a week if it’s not more, sometimes during the day the water is also completely off. So now I have to boil water on a stove for us to bath which consumes more electricity !!! But now if the water and electricity is not an issue there are drunk people making noise till early morning. The person upstairs to me is constantly making noise and imposing me and the manager just ignores the situation,The security guards do not tell people to keep quiet unless you phone in and ask them to yet they can hear the noise is ridicolous,they still do not do anything.The security guards get bribes from certain people including alcohol,I have seen a security drunk and drinking on the jobthus they do not bother them.Ask how many people have had to be inconvenienced by being moved around because management does not want to address the people making noise.The cars come in through the gates,past the security in full blast sound and the security do nothing about it.Those people cthen continue with the noise inside and still nothing is done.The maintenance people are hardly available as they report for duty but go and wash cars the whole day and the place is in tatters,the maintenance people also us the storage rooms as their living spaces imposing on the residents,The residents hang their washing in the passages and management just does nothing,when you complain the manager calls you out as if it is a personal vendetta.My car was scratched many times while in the parking lot and the manger did nothing about it.The manager is always letting things slide so as to protect his reputation at head office.Then to patch things up, the place if filled with roaches they invested all my appliances that I bought that are still brand new, they damaged my microwave which I will have to throw away if I move into a new place. The maintenance around the complex is ridiculous as everything falls apart. The bathroom celling is turning black because of the steam when you shower, and even if you open your windows it still turns black, Management promised to get that fixed , just as they promised to come and fumigate AGAIN, but they never even bothered to give me a call to make the arrangements. They don’t want to invest in a good pest control , so now they are doing it themselves and I don’t think any of them are qualified to do so! electricity issue.But when there rent time,you are bombarded with sms and calls and are even put in the credit bureau.I am sick and tired of living like that yet I pay so much money.The lady there in the reception is even worse than the manager,she will give you a bad attitude just as you come to the office and does not help,she then goes and tells the residents that you are complaining about and then your sense of security is compromised when they call you out an give you names.The security do not respond to any call and sleep through the night.

It feels like I am staying in a dump and I will rather pay the rent I am paying now to stay somewhere else, I would definitely not recommend BOARDWALK HIEGHTS to anyone !!!!!!
