Horrible stay

I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by this agency. Communication has been poor from the start — messages go unanswered, promises are made and then ignored, and it feels like tenants are treated as an inconvenience rather than paying customers.

Issues were handled slowly (if at all), and I constantly had to chase for basic responses that should have been dealt with promptly and professionally. There was a complete lack of accountability, and concerns were brushed off instead of taken seriously.

This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and completely avoidable if the agents had shown even a basic level of competence and respect. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable or professional property management.
