Horrible experience with their billing department
Horrible experience with their billing department. I’ve been paying via EFT by arrangement since 2023, yet I’m being slapped with R150 debit order fees for a service I don’t even use. Now they claim debit orders are mandatory, which was never communicated. They are essentially making me pay for their own administrative errors. Avoid at all costs
