Horrible experience at Boardwalk Heights

I recently moved out Boardwalk Heights in Pretoria, which was the best decision I have made. When I first moved in, it seemed like a nice place to move in. However, after just a few days, I realized I made a mistake. First, it took months for them to address my concerns. I reported faults that I discovered in the unit and they simply did not fix them within the 20 days as stipulated by law - Breach of contract. Second, the noise I was experiencing in the above unit was so unpleasant and unbearable. I could hear everything the tenant above me was doing- walking, talking, flushing the toilet, etc. Not to mention the ****roaches. It was horrible and unexpected for a place I paid R6500 per month. I had to cancel my lease early and lose my deposit even though I was the one who was being wronged. They were unsympathetic to my cause and refused to pay back my deposit even though they are wrong!!!. I am now staying at a beautiful apartment complex in Pretoria that has free access to a gym and a lagoon and it has free WiFi. It also has a lifestyle centre, game area, cinema, concierge, a restaurant and they are building a school. My apartment is also semi furnished with a fridge, dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer. Best of all, I am paying the same amount that I paid at Boardwalk Heights - R6500. Before you decide to move in, ask them if they at least have a pool... my advice would be to stay far away from Central Developments properties. Rather look around before moving in any of their properties. Please.

I have proof of everything I am stating - emails, recordings.
