Henk Swart: The Junction Development

The service I have received from Henk Swart at The Junction Development in Centurion was poor. He called me to follow up on a letter left at my door that I had already responded to and received confirmation of such yet when he called, he was only checking his email then. He further went on to ask what unit I stay in and what my reference was when in the letter he sent to my unit, that was clearly stated.

Not only was his dismissive of the fact that I said the email had been responded to, he proceeded to say things that weren't in the letter he sent about the reason of the letter and then went further as to say the company will take action because I am too late. Only later in the call he acknowledged that I got a response which he could of done before calling me in the manner he did.

I am terribly disappointed with the way I have been treated
