Frustrating place

I am so ****ed. I get home and no electricity. On the electricity my utility website, it reflects the amount available but on my side I have no electricity. I call the after hours support but their phones are off. It is cold I can't even charge my laptop to work. I'm tired of this I'm leaving this place!
