Frustrated with the bronx in Sky City

The gist of it is that the Bronx is blatantly refusing to refund my deposit after my lease expired end of May. Their excuse is that I gave late notice, yet I was only alerted of the latter two weeks after I moved out, and only because I called their office to follow up on my monies. Firstly, upon inspection I was charged for maintenance and the like which I acknowledged and I was told that I’d be getting the rest of my deposit within 14 business days. Secondly, they were supposed to give me WRITTEN notice 80/40 days prior to my lease expiring as per clause 7.1 of the lease which they claim to have done via email and I’ve since asked them to forward said email, I am still waiting. Lastly, I’ve asked for a detailed breakdown of the supposed penalties that I'm charged for since I didn't breach my contract, not the generic information Michael sent and again I am still waiting. I really wish central developments staff kept the same energy they have when they're still upselling us on these apartment
