Frustrated homeowners

Not sure how to even start this complaint or review I am so disappointed and down with how my enquiry has been dealt with, I have emails and voice notes, what’s apps confirming my enquiry will be resolved but I keep getting called by attorneys from the municipality that I owe them R11000 and my water will be cut with electricity, Getting called from KR INC on an outstanding account in central developments name, with their account number,the statement that KR inc sent, it does not even correspond with my municipal account number. I have raised my query with Nthabiseng from central development that was absolutely no help kept saying she will get back to me, till today, which is 9 months later, I explained everything to Khutalo and lerato from KR INC, they said they have submitted same to the municipal to rectify but still till today I receive calls on a regular from these attorneys, can someone please do their jobs and resolve this matter!
