February will find me DEAD.
One star is even a gracious rating, 0.5 is what I would give them because at the very least, they do offer the most basic standard of providing shelter. Outside of that, there is nothing else. Do not come here. I could genuinely write a peer review journal for everything wrong with this particular service provider but I will write about this on this. I asked for debit order banking details for rent payments in August, we are nearing December and the process hasn't been changed, but they are still charging me for debit order failures. But now I have learnt that they outsource that R150 from my electricity and NO ONE told me about this. This is theft. I am appalled. My lease ends in February and I genuinely can't wait. There is also an agent who is probably the devil's right hand man.

16 Dec 2025, 08:20We are back here again. This time, it seems the debit order issue was resolved but once again, I got billed for a debit order rejection fee. I wrote an email and the response I got was that it reversed accordingly, yet the debit order for my rental was R150 more. I am truly exhausted at this point. I have no shame whatsoever about my money no matter how little because at the end of the day, it really isn’t about the money but best practices and I don’t know if this particular service provider is equipped. How disappointing.
