False Adverti*****t of Leopard's Rest Security Estate, ITS NOT A ESTATE
The Residents of Leopard's Rest have been sold lies. Leopard's Rest Security Estate is Not an Estate. The Developer falsely advertised to attract buyers. As a result our families are subjected to face with consequences of their own lies at the same time expecting to milk us through levies

Central Developments then app**** for and received permission from the city council for limited access control to the estate. Even though access to the estate may not be fully restricted, having a guardhouse and manned boom gate is a significant deterrent for unwanted elements and is commonly used throughout Gauteng. In addition to the guardhouse at the entrance and boom gates manned by security guards, Leopard’s Rest is also equipped with boundary walls, electric fencing, and patrolling guards throughout the estate. Accordingly, the estate can be classified as a security estate.
