False advertising
<div>Under the "2LetNow" brand, Central Developments is misleading the public by incorrectly advertising the location of its Baltimore Lifestyle Estate in online property listings. Despite their own website clearly stating the estate's location as North Riding AH, their agents consistently advertise the units on Property24 and Private Property as being in various surrounding suburbs, including Sunninghill, Sundowner, Jukskei Park (which is close, but is its own suburb at the end of the day), Weltevreden Park, Northwold, Kya Sands, Roodepoort Central, Northgate and more. This feels like a maliciously deliberate attempt to increase the visibility of their listings, which is naturally a very unprofessional thing to do. As a renter looking to move soon, it's incredibly frustrating to bump into these listings on a daily basis – they clutter the results and obstruct access to the ones I'm looking for in the areas I'm actually interested in moving to. Due to what these unprofessional marketing tactics, which are clearly against the terms of service agreements for both websites (in relation to misleading and/or incorrect content/material), I cannot in good conscience recommend Central Developments (whether or not trading under the 2LetNow brand) to anyone looking for property. </div>
Imagine being a customer, looking for a rental in a specific area (ie, they physically typed the name of that area into the search box), and being presented with properties that are not in that area.
Further, if you were fully complying with their guidelines, why am I told by them that they are working with you to resolve the issue? They would only need to do that if you weren't in compliance. What's worse is that, months later, you are still doing this.
You have stated here that you include the exact location on your listings, however that is not the case – I have not seen one single listing with an exact location – and no, I should not have to contact the listing agent to get the exact location.
You also state that I am free to consider other properties. Well, let's just say that would be a lot easier if you didn't flood these platforms with duplicate listings. It's absurd.

This behaviour is absolutely and undeniably unprofessional.
How you still exist as a business, I do not know.
