I rented an apartment at Little Manhattan East Village for 36 months and at the end of my contract i served a month notice, an inspection was done then 14 days after i moved out i was told that i will be charged an early termination fee, I proved to them that I served a notice then i was guaranteed that i will receive my deposit refund within 2 days, after 4 days i received nothing then I emailed them, they said there is a back log ill get it soon, now no one is responding to my emails.

I have confirmed with the rental administrator that they have been waiting for your bank statement. As per your discussion with them, you have promised to send it shortly. The deposit refund will then be processed and paid into your account tomorrow.
