Following an unfortunate incident in which I was erroneously issued with an abscondment letter and subsequently locked out of an apartment I was actively paying for , despite not occupying it , I experienced considerable inconvenience and distress. She took the time to thoroughly investigate the circumstances, gathered all relevant facts, and engaged all necessary stakeholders. Her intervention not only resulted in the successful facilitation of my deposit refund, but she also went the extra mile by engaging management to ensure a fair outcome, including the offer of an alternative unit within the group.
