Having the worst expirence with these company. Moved in last year october and 1 month later i changed units .they did an out inspection without my presence and and charged 2100 for which i did consent to and they dont have my signature on the out inspection doc.

In december they sent me a massage that i must pay 2100 for rent for which i payed

Only later when i cancelled my lease because of their horrible management im told they used my deposit to cover my rent ,without me being communicated that so i can agree or not agree.

I payed double deposit of 15800 and now iam told i have no deposit.

The agents are no longer taking my calls and the lady who works at client care admits to and error on their side but she still insists there is no deposit for me in my account.

They made decisions regarding my deposit without my consent. I did know

And when i mooved out on the 1st of april the agent Mr Khaba assured me in 7 to 14 days i will recieve my deposit.

There was no consent from my side
