East on 82 complex is the worst place that one can live at, they never attend to tenants challenges. The staff are rude and never want to listen to tenants issues. The sureties are requesting alcohol from tenants and drink on duty when we report the securities the maintenance office turn a blind eye or request for proof. So this means the safety of all tenants is compromised as ********* will be able to bribe securities with alcohol to gain access into the premises. They allow kids to play on the parking area and kids scratch our cars and nothing is done about it. So if you need safety and peace stay way from East on 82 security complex

Thank you for your review. Kindly note that as per the conduct rules all vehicle radios or stereo systems are to be turned down upon entry of the estate. No loud music will be allowed to be played from a motor vehicle in the estate. Radios, hi-fi equipment, CD players, Record players, television sets, musical instruments, etc. shall not be played in such a manner as to cause a nuisance to residents in adjoining units or anywhere else on the property. Residents are responsible for their visitors’ behaviour and their noise levels at all times. Also please provide proof of misconduct of the security as an investigation is underway regarding this matter.
