DONT RENT FROM THESE GUYS

<p>My sister and i moved in to Thatchhill Estates 4 months ago and all we have gotten since we moved there was headaches. Central developments keep commiting ******** acts and dont care about tenants.</p> <p>The house they moved us into was not the house they showed us, it took a whole month to get a unit that was far away from the noisy tavern and church.</p> <p>the new unit did not have a dustbin, outside tap, the toilet is still to this day leaking. They delivered a prepaid meter at 5pm one evening and then the electricity cut, again an inconvenince at their short notice.</p> <p>i was told i would get a water meter but never did. then last month around the 26th, i recieve a letter stating that the water would be charged to my rent (no meter reading nothing!!), they didnt charge this to our rent.</p> <p>yesterday i get home and there is NO WATER. they have cut off my water, no notice. i phoned Abrie who laughed at me while boasting that he had a shower that morning!!!</p> <p>i have had enough of this place and i want my deposit back and i want to move out ASAP.</p> <p>Cutting off your tenants water is *******.</p> <p>DONT EVER rent from these people. they have no respect for the law</p>
