I have experienced a nightmare with my deposit refund which I won't go into detail with. When I eventually received my deposit back, Central Decelopments demonstrated a dishonesty in refunding my deposit without the interest accrued to me as per the rental contract and my deposit refund statement. I am deeply concerned and shocked at the lack of integrity on Central Development's side. How many tenants fell victim to this malpractice and were de*****ed out of their full deposit refunds with their rightful interest? I recommended that all ex-tenants check their deposit refund statements and verify whether you received your full refund in yoir bank account. Spread the word if this could help someone.
