DO NOT LIVE AT CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT

I have had nothing but problems living at Boardwalk Heights, for 2 years i had ****roaches, they would fumigate once very 2 months everytime I complain. The electricity would spike daily, one day it charged me more than R20, I lived alone, I monitored my usage, spent no more than R3 a day, as I never switch on my geyser, stove, even switched unplugged all non-essential appliances. It took them 2 month to figure out that they were *****ing from me clearly, promised to reimburse me - NEVER HAPPENED.

When my lease ended, the drama had only begun! My lease ended effectively 31/01/2020, I ended for 1 month only on 5/01/2020 meaning I would move out effectively 29/02/2020. When the time came for me to receive my deposit, they argued that I did not give sufficient notice. according to my agreement, I am to provide 20 business days notice. According my calculation I gave 40 days notice.

They then once again admitted to their negligence, and confirmed it was in order for me to move. According to my agreement, deposits are to be reimbursed within 14 business days from the day you've moved out. when I requested email confirmation of this, I was told by OPERATIONS MANAGER, MARILIZE OOSTHUIZEN that my notice was not suffiecent, when I told her to check their records and email trail between myself and Clarissa, she gave me a long ended stupid excuse to refer to RIAAN SWANEPOEL to look into it.

I had to find my emails, take screen shots for the above mentioned person to see that I was infact not wrong and they, once again NEGLIEGENT.

NOW I AM STILL AWAITING CONFIRMATION ON THE RETURN OF MY DEPOSIT, AFTER I ASKED I WAS TOLD TO SEND A BANK STATEMENT AS PART OF THEIR PROCEDURE - WHICH DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. I SENT IT, NO CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT, NO RESPONSE NO CONFIRMATION.

They have many issues taking accountability to their **** service, you're sent from pillar to post. I want my money back.

I WOULD NEVER REFER SOMEONE TO CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT.
