Do not buy from Central Developments / Cosmopolitan Projects especially Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate

It was a lifelong dream to own my own house and live with my family. My house was supposed to be a place for me to unwind, relax and be proud of. To decorate it and improve it as best as I could, according to my own taste.

I went to Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate to view a few options and I was in love.

I decided to purchase a house from Central Developments / Cosmopolitan Projects. I have never been this excited in my life. I moved December 2021.

In February 2022, my dream came to an abrupt and distasteful end.

I had realised that ALL the walls in my house were skew. I also heard other home owners complain of the same issue. Skew Walls. If the walls are skew, one can assume that everything else in the house is not done correctly. I was right.

I raised my issues with them and honestly, they were quick to respond and compile a report of all the issues. 2 reports were compiled, because we kept finding new and more issues.

Based on the reports they provided I then saw it fit for them to demolish the house. I couldn't see how such terrible structural issues could be fixed without demolition.

They offered to buy back the house, but the "offers" they presented to me set me back and put me in a worse off position than I am now. They inconvenienced me and they were not in good Faith. By they way, this was after they sent their lawyers to me without having a conversation with me first.

I will not encourage anyone to even rent from Central Developments / Cosmpolitan Projects. They do not care about their customers. Once they have your money and have sold you a half-baked house or glorified brick shack, they don't give a damn about you.

They are ***** and are *********. The door frame of my bedroom was merged into the wall, but they painted over it to make it look like it stands out.

Do not buy property from Central Developments / Cosmopolitan Projects. With their terrible workmanship, I wonder how they managed to be Certified by the NHBRC.
