Disgusting service from cosmopolitan projects
I have received poor/ no service from cosmopolitan. I moved in leopards rest found many things that needed to be fixed- door was damaged, faulty window, damaged tiles, cracks on the wall, geyser, cupboard not complete. They told me they will fix all this on 3 months retention. They sent a guy after 9 months to fix the cracks. The guy came 1 day and didnt finish the task he came here for. After a month I sent an email asking when are they going to finish to finish the cracks. Didn't get the response. Just forwarded to Jeany. Made a follow up regarding all these things that needed to be fixed. They said they closed the books for ext 31 and I signed a happy letter. So they cant help me. Told them I never signed any letter and no one came to me so that I can sign. They have been promising to get that letter but still it seems as if nothing will happen. Its been 2 months waiting for the letter. I need problems fixed not the letter that I never signed.
