Discrepancies in vacate times!!!

I am due to vacate from my apartment on the 30th of September. Someone from the office (Phillip) told me to vacate before 12pm as I would need to pay R1500 for late vacating after 12pm noon.

I told them that I cannot vacate as I am still waiting for the tenants of the place that I am going to to also vacate. They will be out by 5pm. Philip came again after 12 to state that I will need to pay R5000 if aI vacate at The Junction 2 by 5pm (30 September). Why am I paying for vacating late because I paid for a full month’s rent already (1-30 September). I am still within the period of my lease. I need them to show me on the lease, where it states that I need to vacate before 12pm. THIS WAS NOT COMMUNICATED WITH ME prior!!!

I will not pay R5000. I will still move on the 30th of September as promised, but the time is ridiculous. May I kindly ask for any assistance. Central development is a ****!!!!
