DEPOSIT REFIND

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the handling of my tenancy and the withholding of my deposit and referral fee.

In mid-February 2026, I requested assistance for an internal move. However, I did not receive the necessary support. On 11 March 2026, I was sent a lease extension, which I did not agree to. I immediately communicated via WhatsApp that I رفضed the lease extension. Instead of assisting me further, Nosi blocked me, preventing any further communication.

Due to the lack of assistance and my clear refusal to extend the lease, I proceeded to move out on 31 March 2026. I did not sign or agree to any lease extension at any point.

I have provided WhatsApp evidence confirming that I explicitly communicated my position. Despite this, I have been informed that:

This is incorrect and unfair. I fulfilled my responsibility by clearly communicating my decision, and I should not be penalized for internal failures within your organization.
