NEVER EVER THINK OF GOING TO STAY AT THE BRONX @ SKY CITY! THEY ALWAYS TRY GET A WAY NOT TO PAY BACK YOUR DEPOSIT ! I STILL DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CHARGE R2100 FOR PAINT AND R2200 FOR CANCELATION PENALTIES HENCE THEIR EMPLOYEE ASSURED ME THAT IM NOT GET GET ANY PENALTIES. THE WORST RENTAL PLACE EVER !

We have an obligation to deliver an apartment to a new resident in a proper condition, suitable for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the condition that you left the apartment in, was unliveable for the next occupant. To get the apartment up to standard, the entire unit needed to be repainted, fumigated, and deep cleaned. The maintenance charges were very reasonable considering the state property was left in. Kindly note that, as per your signed lease agreement, clause 17.1.12, it is the responsibility of the tenant to return the Premises at the termination of the lease agreement in the same order and condition in which it was received, and clause 14.5.1, the Landlord shall be entitled to deduct any amount from the Deposit required to repair any damage caused to the Premises.The maintenance charges were deducted from your deposit, and the remainder was refunded to you. You haven't been charged a cancellation penalty. If you have any further uncer*****ies, please contact our Client care line for clarification.Regards,
