DEPOSIT CLAIMS

I am utterly disappointed with the service from Central Development at the Junction @ Forrest hill, they don't know how to follow procedure. Upon the end of our lease they sent us a letter to increase our lease and my Partner (MALOSE HAROLD KEKANA) told them we will not be renewing because he bought his own property so he thought that he made everything clear. Now we are surprised that they are refusing to give him his deposit because they said we didn't sign a termination letter like WHAT THE HELL we told them we are not increasing the lease and the lease was ending anyway so if people don't renew don't you automatically terminate them??? I feel like they think we are stupid and will not fight for our deposit they must think again. These guys are ****** and people should watch out for them.
