Manhattan Lofts: If you move out before your lease expires, you forfeit your deposit, even if you give sufficient notice.

Kindly take note that you were in breach of contract for early termination, hence the deposit is forfeited as stipulated in your signed lease agreement - please refer to section twenty-one. Although giving notice, early termination remains a breach of contract and despite being informed prior to vacating what the penalty will entail and having an opportunity to revoke your notice, you moved regardless.
It is essential that you fami****ize yourself with the content of your signed contract, as by law, you are bound to the terms and conditions therein.
