Deposit
I moved out on 28/2/23 and I was told that my deposit will be refunded in 14 working day . I still have not received my money back.

Please note that as per clause 21.1, should the tenant choose to cancel their lease agreement prior to the expiry of the initial period the tenant shall give the landlord at least twenty business days' written notice of such cancellation and the landlord shall be entitled to recover any loss suffered by the landlord as a result of such cancellation of the lease agreement by charging the tenant a reasonable cancellation penalty, which will be equivalent of not less than the amount stated in item 1.29. Also, the landlord shall be entitled to deduct any amount from the deposit required to repair any damage caused to the premises.
