Deposit

I had a pleasant stay in woodlands place and apartments in Pretoria east .. I was also assisted by a very welcoming gent Called Thabo and I was very happy until the day we move out ..they refuse with our deposit and created a **** lease extension and attached the name and took the exit form that we signed..apparently you neva get your deposit if you or stay there no matter what ..the fact that they created a story about a lease extension and pasted a **** name of a tenant to their exit form it’s appalling.. they to make the matters worse we were paying month to month basis ..how can big company like them **** people off their hard earned money..I had 15000 something deposit and they took half to replace the damages and still refuses to give us half of the money .assist and deposit our money back
