Deposit

I have a serious problem with Route 82 apartments in kibler park. They like making sure that people don't get the rental deposit in full. They charge crazy prices. R2300 for painting when i stayed there for over 2 yrs and they never reviewed if painting was still ok. R760 FOR a cracked tile. R300 for cleaning when my helper cleaned before we left. I wish I didnt even ask her to clean. R300 for cleaning the oven than was always cleaned by my helper; the list is endless but all things can to close to R4400. thing, when i moved in , i asked the other guy working for them :What so they usually use the deposit money for ? He told me it's for broken things. Paint and cleaning things were not mentioned
