Deposit
San Ridge Heights Rental is a good place to stay but the service is very bad. When I moved out, I was debuted for rent and now I'm busy chasing them to give me my deposit back. They said within 14 days. It's been 10 days now and the lady I was speaking with tried to trick me by saying it 21 days. I will come back again after 4 days and give feedback.

Your debit order has been cancelled, and your account deactivated. Please dispute the debit order at your bank for the monies to be refunded to your account immediately.
Our deposit refunds are processed within 14 working days, however, you have signed a lease extension with us until the end of February 2022. Thus all the terms and conditions stipulated in your signed lease agreement apply. After the lease extension was accepted and successfully processed, you served a notice to vacate, therefore you are in breach of contract for early termination. Please refer to clauses 21 and 1.28 in your signed lease agreement. The Landlord shall be entitled to recover any loss suffered by the Landlord as a result of such early cancellation of the lease agreement by charging the Tenant a reasonable cancellation penalty, which will be the equivalent of not less than the amount stated in item 1.28. We regret that the deposit will not be refunded.
