Defective building
Bought a unit from the developer in San ridge heights in Midrand Erand gardens as an investment it’s been almost a year now the unit is showing evidence of damp rising in walls the paint is pealing and moodiness is appearing inside tried to get assistance from the sales with no luck and no way to assist in resolving this issue the building is defective and I have a 20 year bond and already I have such issues
