****************. Debited a fine not even clarified or signed for!!

I stay at The Junction Village 1 and I must say the securities and building managers have a horrible way of dealing with tenants. I am so disgusted I would never recommend this place to anyone. They just debited R500 from my account apparently for a fine that was never signed for, never acknowledged and without even a verbal warning or any proper procedures followed. When I queried this no one got back to us, we had to keep going back to them but still with no assistance. All we got from the people who work there is that they are allowed to debit whenever they want whatever money they want to debit. **************** and a crime, surely this is against their license legislation! I will take this to every social media platform so everyone knows how horrible they are!!!
