****************! I lived in Woodlands Place for a year, just moved out on the 30/12 /2021 left the apartment in mint condition, no dirty walls and nothing broken and even got a cleaner to clean up the house. To my shock their report came back saying that they had to paint walls and replace items in the apartment which is a lie as they are trying to rob me of my deposit. Please put this out as I think I'm not the first culprit and won't be the last if we don't put a stop to this ****gery

Kindly note that the unit was not received in the condition according to your description. If you have been present upon the out-inspection, our inspector would've been able to point the items out to you that needed attention. Unfortunately, the apartment was not in a state suitable for the next occupant and had to be repainted and deep cleaned.
As per your signed lease agreement, clause 14.5.1, the Landlord shall be entitled to deduct any amount from the deposit required to repair any damages caused to the Premises.
Management has, however, agreed to waive the late move-out penalty and will be refunded with the remainder of your deposit.
