These people are ******. There is no other way of putting it. We were of the 1st people to move in there in Kibler Park. We stayed there for almost 2.5 years with no issues, no rental payment issues either. Now that we moved and they have to pay back our deposit now all of a sudden there are numerous issues. In the time we have lived there never have annual maintenance checks been done now we get told of maintenance costs that amout to +R2000... Yes we aware that due to us not staying till the end of our lease which would have ended in October, it will impact our deposit BUT THE FULL AMOUNT? Nowhere im the contract does it state that you forfit your deposit. Notice was given a month in advance and within a week of submitting notice were we told the flat has already been assigned to some1 so they needed confirmation that we definitely moving... With the exit interview why were we not told of all this ******* now that we asking about our deposit... They just ****** these people and i will make my means not to refer people to stay there... That is why people are always moving in and out there on a weekly basis... sis man
