Danger and carelessness at route 82 development kibler park
Hi, I'm a tenant at route 82 development in kibler Park, wat a horrible experience, the rent is expensive for nothing, you pay for everything and the network is a nightmare, poor communication from management about everything, ryt now there are renovations that are ongoing because they sold the flats to another company, a lot of ppl were moved to other places from last year, we were told that the moving has been put on hold due to construction company delays, the next thing day before yesterday they started to put scaffolding equipment around the flats, showing that the construction was resuming work, with people in the building including kids, we went to the office to find out why is that happening and why we're we not informed, they sent an sms as we were standing there, to day the whole building were we stay us covered with construction site material, I really wish and hope I get injured so I can sue the hell out of the company because they don't respect people and they are very rude, no customer service. At all, i feel sorry for the people who are moving in cos all they care about are noise complaints and they ****** people with those fines, I can't wait for my contract to end.
Kindly note that our construction team has been appointed to recondition the outside blocks at Route 82, phases 8 and 9 which includes plastering and painting.Unfortunately, this requires scaffolding structures to be raised around the residential blocks as per building and safety regulations.Factors such as ideal weather play a role in the completion of the renovation and, should everything go according to plan, construction should be done at the end of April. Rest assured all the necessary measures are in place to ensure that our tenants are safe during this process.Once construction is completed, all equipment will be removed from the terrain.
