Customer service representative

I was looking for accommodation then the agent advise me to put R1000 to secure the place then after they place was taken away so now the agent said to me to wait for another one then later I decided to to quit and get my money back so now they said to me I won't get my money and there is no any contract I signed , it's only application form I signed to check my credit score.please assist me to get my money back .
