I am a tenant current residing at one of their properties called SanRidge Heights in Midrand it’s been 2 years and still believe I will continue staying here based on the service level and safety I receive. Yes there are issues there and there but I love the fact that if they are unable to resolve it they always make follow ups with you and give you feedback and timelines of when your issue will be resolved. The place is safe and well maintained. Very clean and It really feels like home.

It caters for Singles, couples as well as families.

When it comes to maintenance issue I must say the management there are always prompt when it comes to resolving the complaints. Service is just exceptional. I stayed around midrand for while now and the service level if I have to compare I will bravely say that it is one of the best I have received so far.

I would recommend people to check it out if they are looking for place to stay.
