A Bad Place To Rent As a Tenant I Have Been At One Of Their Developments Residing Here For Over 2 Months. The Communication From Management To Residents Is Poor And Not Transparent. The Power Outages Go On Hours On End. The Prepaid Electricity Sets You Back More Than R800 Monthly.
