Cosmopolitan Projects is so unprofessional

I don't know what kind of a mickey mouse company is cosmopolitan projects. I moved in to my house and I was not happy about a lot of things, One of the things was the shower glass, the silicone was loose on the glass. I have reported it and it was not attended to, that caused the glass door to break. I contacted them and they sent someone to look into it. A guy by the name of Charlie, he advised that an order has been placed for a new glass door. When I did follow up with Nthabiseng she advised that they were still investigating the matter. Today she sent me an email that they have reached a conclusion and they won't be liable for the costs because the cause for the glass to break might not be the silicone but the bolts on the shower frame. To my surprise the bolts on the shower frame are still holding and not even loose. Their conclusion is based on assumptions while on my side i know for the fact that the cause for the glass to break is the silicone. They don't care about their customers they only care about the money, they are so friendly when they are selling the houses, once they get the money they don't care. Cheap material was used to build the houses, they are ripping people off. I have a plumbing issue that I have reported, had to cancel my plans for 2 Saturdays because I made an appointments with them to send someone to attend to the matter. First Saturday I sat at home the whole day and nobody pitched, last week the same story, when I made a follow up with Nthabiseng she said she was contacting them she'll get back to me. She never called me back until yesterday I was contacted by Kobus, We made an appointment for today, I had to arrange someone to be at home and still they didn't come. I called Kobus about 6 times and he kept on saying they are coming and till now nobody came. I have never seen such professionalism in my whole life.
