Complete disregard for municipal by-laws

Riverbend Estate advertising boards put up in Vorna Valley from cnr Allandale/Pitts , Greig, Anton Hartman, Le Roux, cnr Harry Galaun/Le Roux.

I'll continue posting a complaint here as public record as well as reporting violations to the By-law Enforcement Unit each time boards get put up.
