Century Developments The Junction Apartments Moving Out Harassment

Renting an apartment through Central Developments is risky (to say the least).

Apart from the random (and unexplainable) rent fee increases, moving out becomes a nightmare.

When you communicate the moving time, they try and force you out earlier and threaten you with a R5000 fee if you stay longer than agreed (same day, just a couple of hours later).

And the harassment one experiences on the day of the move… constantly checking how far you are to ****erally) leaving, is unprofessional.

For the record, I am referring to The Junction apartments (personally experienced this at The Junction 1 in 2017. Now my friend is experiencing this harassment at The Junction 2).
