Central Develpoment Staff, worst that Goverment Departments

I’m really disappointed in the shocking service received from Central Development. What's the purpose of an email address, if you don't respond to them.

I sent 3 emails from the 18th of Feb 2018, as well 3 phone calls to Nontobeko , yet there has been no response. The shocking part, that she has read my email.

When it comes to monies owed of due, we are inundated with emails.

Funds where in my account, waiting for the debit order to run off, I was even the one that contacted you guys on the 29th December to advised that my rent did not go off. You only responded on the 4th of Jan. I should not be inconvenienced if your system failed,

I raised the issue with Tumelo, and she sent me an email apologies for an inconvenience, and advised that the R40 will be removed off my account. I received my March bill and the fee is still there to be debited on the next debit order, I then email Tumelo only to get an out of office, advising that she does not work on San Ridge, and that Nontebeko Dube is the contact person. I then email Nontebeko on the 18th, she did not response to my email, I emailed her again on the 21st, I put in a read report, and got the response when she read my email, however she again did not respond, I email again on Friday, and she still has not responded, or even acknowledged my email. Why do you have a person like that, working there, seems like Central Development recruits staff from Government.

My debit order runs off tomorrow, and if there is a fee of R40 added I will reverse the entire debit order.
