Central Developments The Junction hidden contracts
When I was looking for the flat to rent they said I have to pay deposit and a monthly installment. I did pay as per agreement. The agent that assisted me (Musa) explained the contract to me saying that I will have to pay R2000 if I'm moving out before the 12 th months (Year). And I said it's fine and I signed the contract.
Now when I give notice they are telling me that they are taking all my R5800 deposit that I paid. and today I receive a call from them saying that I will pay the extra penalty if I don't move before 12 midday on the 31st December 2020.
Please advise on how I can regain my money and I will take these further because the company is doing theft day light... day light *******.
I wish people can see what they are all about.

The terms of our rental lease agreements are standard for all our clients. It is stipulated that should you cancel your application after approval, the amount of two thousand five hundred rands holding deposit is non-refundable. Our marketers will not give you information such as paying a certain amount to early terminate, as this is directly in contradiction with our principles and leasing terms.
You have signed into a twelve-month contract. Please take note that this is a legally binding contract. You have been informed of the penalties chargeable for early termination and late move-out, and this is indicated in your signed lease agreement.
You are in breach of contract therefore a deposit will not be refunded.
Should you have any disputes, it is within your rights to seek counseling from The Rental Housing Tribunal.
For any further queries, please refer to the site management office.

Now they took my wife access at the GATE and security they are telling her to wait outside at night until I come out and open for her. You don't care about the incidents that happens to women. What is going to happen if I'm not around?
Why her finger is not working because I'm still serving Notice?
Why your agents are saying a different story that is not on your lease?
