I have been residing at Junction Village 2, Block 2 for the past five months. It's a lovely location with lovely apartments. Although the arrangement is great, I find it horrible that ****roaches have made the units their home.

Secondly, ever since I moved here, I've called security several times after 11 p.m. or later to complain about noise from a neighboring unit. It appears like the same tenants are making the same noises—they chat and sing loudly for hours on end. Sometimes they even play music. It's really inconvenient, and because this has been a persistent problem, I hope security is reporting these reports to management for investigation.

Lastly I went to the maintenance office to report the fallen shelves and request a kitchen sink stopper, I was informed that I would have to purchase it from PEP HOME as maintenance would charge me. What a shocking level of service!
