Central Developments Property Group has very rude call centre agents

I would like to lodge a formal complaint against a call centre agent for Central Developments Property Group by the name of VICKUS for his bad service. I am a client and I want to bring money to you business but this is difficult when you have people like VICKUS as the face of the company. He clearly doesn't treat customers fairly and being upset with one person in the company reflects badly on the whole company. Last week Saturday on the 18th November 2017, I was around centurion looking for a three bedroom house/apartment to rent for December 2017. I saw adverts alongside on R55 and I obviously called the number, so I can go view the property. I called the number ********** 473 and VICKUS answered and from the beginning of our conversation he was RUDE and IMPATIENT. I was asking for directions but he was so unclear in giving me the directions and told me to look for Waterberg Street, there’s so many Waterberg streets in Gauteng I ended in Samrand as I was using GPS. I contacted him again, hoping someone else would answer and assist me properly and he basically told me it’s my fault that I got lost and his tone of voice was basically telling me that I’m annoying him and should look for property somewhere else. You cannot work at a call centre and be rude to clients who cannot find the location. I will not be going for this property because of him, how will we communicate our issues if the call centre staff is not even prepared to listen.
