Central development - worst service

I made a complaint in October about how Henk Swart who is seemingly the estate manager at Central development which makes this even more scary. Henk who has asked the security guards to continuously harass me and play with the lights in my flat and switch off my water. Who then gave a very insincere apology.

I was told that the management have no idea of this (regardless of the many many complaints about the same person on here) and that they would investigate and come back to me. What a long investigation. That is the last I’ve heard of it.

Central development is truly the worst company to rent at.
