Central Development Utter ******* Customer Service

<p>I’ve had the unfortunate experience first-hand at the extreme levels of ****** and complete disregard for another human being by this wannabe top company</p> <p>From dealing with Abrie, Dustan, Mariejke and even Andrea all telling me that they would not help nor direct me to the right channels of assistance.</p> <p>Our rental was paid, albeit slightly late and our only mistake was that it was paid into an incorrect account and a tad bit difficult to trace as the was no reference number. We have given Central Development every single piece of documentation they have requested from us and even sent through an email from a banking authority that confirms they were busy investigating where our rental was paid too and that they would get back to us, but guess what, not only were we subjected to 3 without water and electricity, but as of today (22 February 2017) we have been locked out of our place of residence in the fear that we would run away without having paid rent!!! Surely this goes against consumer protection acts, and basic principles of human etiquette. Over and above this, I requested 48 hours to settle account at my own capacity (as banks require between 3-7 working days to respond with a definite answer), however this was turned down as I apparently do not deserve any shelter over my hand. Abrie even recommended I borrow from a loan shark to pay them off. And then they want us to refer people there for rental opportunities. Sies!!!</p> <p> </p>
