Central Development selling lies in Leopards Rest. Leopards Rest is not a Security Estate is a township as per Municipality

Guys this Central Developments or Cosmo they are selling lies to the public on the project that they are developing in Leopards Rest in Alberton that place is not a security estate is just a township that anyone can enter as per municipal bylaw. So lots of people buy houses in Leopards rest thinking they are buying in the security estate is a lies . If you want to buy house there you have to think twice before you commit as you will be shock when you already buy and Central development already take your money . they use CSI as their sister compony to collect our money for township and now Municipality ask them to stop all security in the complex anyone who need access can go in and out without asking anyone it is public place

Shortly after the development of Leopard’s Rest started the first residents approached Central Developments to explore the possibility of additional security measures. Central Developments then app**** for and received permission from the city council for limited access control to the estate. Even though access to the estate may not be fully restricted, having a guardhouse and manned boom gate is a significant deterrent for unwanted elements and is commonly used throughout Gauteng. In addition to the guardhouse at the entrance and boom gates manned by security guards, Leopard’s Rest is also equipped with boundary walls, electric fencing, and patrolling guards throughout the estate. Accordingly, the estate can be classified as a security estate.
