San Ridge Heights - Unit 289

I am very disappointed as, I have been advised that my deposit will note be paid out as they have misplaced my termination document.

This was brought to my attention a day ago, and in the beginning of the month I was told that it will be paid out by the Agent who was handling my unit (Thuli) and at the time she recalls receiving my documents.

I moved out on the 30th of March 2018. with no damages on the property, no complaints, and no outstanding or missed payments on my side to another Central developments Apartments which is closer to work Route 82, I have stuck with the group as I have never had any issues with them until now. which I'm very disappointed with the outcome and no one is available to assist.

This has pushed me to ask myself should, I carry on with a new contract for 12 months with the group or should I cancel and take my money elsewere as this will happen again to me in the next 12 months, when they are not considerate and shifting the blame to my end. My question is how come they found my extension letter but not my termination letter when they were submitted at the same time.
