Central development properties not secured
Central developments properties are not secured. They don't have cameras for the safety of ur car. The securities are not patrolling during the day. Anyone can damage ur car. When I reported the damage I was told that as i am working from home my car is always parked i have to physically guard my car and yet i am paying so much money thinking i am paying for security.

Even though we have strict security protocols in place, which include perimeter cameras, electric fencing, biometric access control, boom gates, retractable claw spikes, and patrolling security guards to ensure the safety of our tenants, we cannot facilitate surveillance cameras throughout the complex.
Please refer to section 17.1.20 in your signed lease agreement – 'the tenant shall at all times maintain adequate insurance in respect of all movable property brought onto the Premises, which shall include all parking bay(s) set out in item 1.5, by an insurance company of the Tenant’s choice and make prompt and regular payment of all insurance premiums in respect of such insurance. The Tenant hereby specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Landlord shall in no way be liable for any damage caused, for whatever reason, to any movable property brought onto the Premises, including all parking bay(s), by the Tenant.
Our security team is informed to patrol more regularly and to report any resident breaching the estate conduct rules. Kindly notify the security of any undesired behavior so that the necessary action can be taken accordingly.
